At UCSF, we are building an enterprise-wide solution to transform and streamline our administrative operations across both UCSF and UCSF Health. Our new Oracle Cloud solution will address some of our organization’s biggest operational challenges and provide an integrated solution for Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Research Grants Management, and a Student Information System.
Over the past year, we have engaged UCSF leaders and subject matter experts to thoroughly understand our current state processes, identify pain points, and develop a future state vision for each of our focus areas. Once Project One officially launches this fall, the implementation team will begin gathering requirements and designing the new Oracle Cloud solution using the insights and recommendations they have gathered thus far.
